Biscoito recheado, batata palha, pipoca de microondas, salgadinhos de pacote, sorvete, chocolate ao leite, margarinas, chantily, balas, biscoito cream cracker, e muitos outros são fontes de gordura trans, obtidas a partir da gordura vegetal hidrogenada.
Veja o risco de consumo destas gorduras:
1 - Menos DHA, nutriente, com perda de memória, raciocinio, e possíveis demências;
2 - Câncer de intestino, mama, próstata e pâncreas;
3 - Aterosclerose, infarto, hipertensão e acidente vascular cerebral;
4 - Obesidade, esteatose hepática, litiase biliar e Diabetes;
5 - Asma e alergias.
